Lithuanian adult education

Note: the language classes have been changed from Sundays to Saturdays

  •  Lithuanian language classes for adults and teens are now being held weekly on Saturday mornings, beginning October 5. The classes, with a multi-level curriculum and materials (books, audio-visuals, interactives) are suited to students from beginners to those approaching fluency. Emphasis is on vocabulary, pronunciation, comprehension of spoken and written Lithuanian and participation in conversations. Lithuanian history, customs, folklore and current events are also discussed, mostly in English. With the exception of a few field trips, classes are held at the St. Casimir Hope House, 18031 Marcella Rd. on Saturdays, 10 am-noon. New students are welcome.
